A two-week pilot that reads and never writes

A bounded, read-only pilot against one lifecycle path. If the reconciliation surfaces nothing, that is a clean result you can take to your auditor, and there is nothing to uninstall.

Days 1–3

Connect read-only sources

Days 4–9

Reconcile and raise differences

Days 10–14

Review with accountable owners

What we need from you

Read-only credentials
Source control, continuous integration, artefact registry and deployment, plus access governance, the privileged access platform and one secret store.
One lifecycle path
One product or business line, from its repositories through to one environment. Enough to be real, small enough to finish in two weeks.
Two people, briefly
One who owns the platform or pipeline and one who owns identity governance, for roughly two hours each across the fortnight.

What you get back

An actor register
Every person, bot and agent acting in that path, with what they were approved to do beside what they actually did.
Findings with evidence
Each difference traced to the commit, build, deployment or checkout that produced it, ready to hand to the accountable owner.
An honest coverage map
What the pilot proved, what it could not see, and what a permanent deployment would and would not add.
