How this website handles the information you give us and the information your browser shares with it.

What this website collects
- The demo and contact form. Your full name, work email, job title, organisation, industry, company size, country or region, the topics you tick, and what you write in the free-text box. Your phone number only if you choose to give it. The form sends this as an email to Info@quantlyxsecurity.com through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form relay service.
- Booking a time. When you reach the scheduling step, the Calendly scheduler loads in the page. We pass your name, email and form answers to Calendly so the booking carries them. Calendly handles what you enter there under its own privacy notice.
- How you found us. Your browser's session storage keeps the first page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source). If you send the form, those details are added to the email. If you arrive from a Microsoft Advertising ad, the link can also carry a click identifier and the ad and keyword that brought you, and these are kept and added to the email in the same way. They are not shared otherwise, and they are cleared when you close the tab.
- Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google when a page loads.
- Visit statistics. We use Umami Cloud (umami.is) to count visits. It records the page you view, the page or ad that sent you, campaign tags in the link, your browser and device type, your approximate location, and a few actions: clicking a Book a demo link, starting the form, sending it, and booking a time. From the form it receives only the industry, organisation size and request type you choose, never your name, email address, phone number or anything you type. Umami does not set cookies. Umami states that it does not store your IP address: it uses your IP address and browser details only to create a temporary visitor identifier that is specific to this website and changes every month. Umami Cloud hosts the data in the United States and Germany.
- Hosting records. The site is served through Amazon Web Services. Standard server records (IP address, time, requested address, browser type) may be kept for security and operations.
This website sets no cookies of its own, and uses no advertising cookies or remarketing tags. Third-party services embedded in a page, such as Calendly, may set their own. If we add advertising tags later, we will update this notice first.
Why we use it
To answer your request, arrange a demo, understand how visitors reach the site, and keep the site secure.
Who receives it
FormSubmit (form relay), our email provider, Calendly (scheduling), Umami (visit statistics), Google (fonts), and Amazon Web Services (hosting). We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
- Visit statistics: kept by Umami for 6 months, then deleted automatically.
- Form submissions: we keep the details you send for up to 2 years after we last speak with you, then delete them. If you become a customer, they move into the customer record, which is covered by your agreement with us.
- Booking records: kept for up to 2 years after the meeting.
- Server records: We do not keep our own access logs for this website. Amazon Web Services handles the requests that deliver it and may keep operational records under its own terms.
